Our Approach

A Journey We Walk Together

The best progress happens when children, families, and therapists work as one team.

Step by Step

How It Works

  • 1 · Let's Connect

We listen to your family's needs and goals. You can ask anything — there's no pressure and no wrong question.

  • 2 · Create a Personalized Path

Together, we plan individualized support built around your child's strengths and your family's priorities.

  • 3 · Grow Together

We collaborate, adapt, and celebrate meaningful milestones — adjusting the plan as your child grows.

Family Collaboration

You're Part of the Team

Parents and caregivers know their child best. We see you as partners in every step, and we share practical strategies you can use in everyday moments at home.

Being part of the team can look like:

  • Sharing what you know about your child: their interests, routines, and what helps them feel calm and happy
  • Choosing goals together that matter for your family's daily life
  • Learning simple strategies with your child's therapist, so you can use them during meals, play, bath time and outings
  • Regular check-ins to talk about what's working, what's changing, and what comes next
  • Asking questions anytime. Your voice helps shape the plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do we get started?
Send us a text using “Send us a message” at the bottom of any page. We'll start with a relaxed conversation to learn about your child, listen to your goals, and answer your questions. There's no pressure, and no wrong question.
What is ABA therapy?
ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) uses the science of how children learn to help them build skills that matter in everyday life, like communicating, playing with others, and daily routines. Our guide What Is ABA Therapy? explains it in plain language.
Who is ABA therapy for?
ABA therapy is most often used to support children with autism and other developmental differences, but its strategies can help many children build communication, social, and daily living skills. Every plan starts by getting to know your child as an individual.
Does my child need a diagnosis to start?
Not to have a first conversation with us. If you plan to use insurance, many plans ask for a diagnosis and a referral before therapy begins. We can talk through what may apply to your family.
What does a typical session look like?
Sessions are often play-based and built around what your child enjoys. Skills are practiced in small, achievable steps, with plenty of encouragement. Every session looks a little different, because every child is different.
How many hours of therapy will my child need?
It depends on your child's needs, goals, and your family's schedule. Recommendations are made individually after getting to know your child, and they are reviewed as your child grows.
Will my child enjoy it?
We hope so! A good program pays close attention to your child's comfort, choices, and happiness. Using favorite activities and celebrating effort helps sessions feel positive and engaging.
How will we know if it's working?
Goals are clear from the start, and progress is tracked along the way. You'll receive regular updates and have chances to talk about what's going well and what to adjust.
Can ABA work alongside speech or occupational therapy?
Yes. Many children receive more than one type of support. With your permission, coordinating with your child's other providers helps everyone work toward shared goals.
Do you accept insurance?
[Insurance information — to confirm]
Where do sessions take place?
[Therapy settings — to confirm]
How involved will we be as parents?
Families are part of the team. You'll help choose goals, learn strategies you can use at home, and stay informed about how your child is doing. How involved you are can fit your family's schedule and needs.
